Who Should Attend

This course is ideal for professionals responsible for managing, configuring, administering, and monitoring Spectralink Versity. 

Agenda

Day 1: 

  • Introduction to Spectralink Versity. 
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) introduction and best practises. 
  • Introduction to SAM / AMIE server applications. 
  • Common troubleshooting issues. 

Day 2:

  • AMIE server installation & configuration. 
  • Managing handset firmware. 
  • Advanced debugging. 
  • How to use ADB Tools. 

Prerequisites

We recommend participants have at least: 

  • Basic Windows Server Administration knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of IP networking and troubleshoot. 

Participants must bring with them: 

  • A laptop with an up-to-date browser that supports HTML 5 (Google Chrome is recommended).
  • Microsoft Teams (for remote attendance).
